We will either refund or replace your product depending upon your request. We will do our best to meet your needs. We do not require that you return the product if you are unsatisfied but please note that we will offer a $3 shipping credit (for shipping only) on any replacement shipments, any shipments exceeding $3 will require the customer to pay the overage.
